1. You can call our toll free number at 866-627-4820 and one of our customer service reps can assist you in getting the correct part you are looking for. 2. Create an account first which only requires your email address so we can contact you about your order, and the address you need to have items shipped to. We promise that none of your information will be shared with anyone at anytime for any reason.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take payment through PayPal & most major credit cards or if you would like to mail in payment thats fine also, but please use the shopping cart as it will combine your items and total the postage for you.
Is it safe to use my credit card when paying?
Shopping in our store is safe we can take your cradit card over the phone with one of our representitives or you can go through PAYPAL SECURE SERVERS, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase with Credit Card as we have a business account there with them, once the payment has been processed there, we are notified by email from them payment has been completed, we will then notify you that payment has been received and the status of your order.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be Packaged immediately after payment is received unless parts out of stock or backordered. If parts are out of stock please Allow 7-10 Business Days. Parts are Normally Shipped Via (UPS) (USPS) (Fed Ex) or (DHL) Oversize Items May take Longer. Note: due to our awesome low prices and large volume of orders some items take longer than others. Feel free to call us at 863-465-2814 or e-mail info@mercuryperformance.com for any questions that you may have. We do not overnite any items.
Mercury and Yamaha Parts
Some Older Mercury and Yamaha Parts Might be NLA "No Longer Available". We have many of these NLA parts in Stock at Performance Marine However if your engine is 10 years or older please e-mail us your parts request before you place your order to see if the parts are available. We will be happy to look them up for you to ensure you receive the correct parts. Please list your serial # and model information when you call or e-mail.
How do I report a delivery problem?
Our customer service department will happily answer questions and provide assistance. We will promptly address any delivery issues
Do you accept returns?
No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization. We will accept, after permission has been given, merchandise that may appear to be defective or merchandise shipped in error. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Special orders, materials made to order, cut to length, Electrical items, Tubes, Life Jackets, etc., cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. Within 15 days of receipt of your order any item in original working condition with no visible or otherwise wear and tear can be returned (MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL OEM PACKING) for a refund less 20% restocking fee and less the shipping charges for parts and accessories that are non-stock items. If you are not happy with the performance of a product it will be the customers responsibility to pay the shipping and the restocking fees.
Electrical Parts
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.
